II. WARRANTY CONDITIONS

1. Present this warranty certificate when receiving the product for warranty service.

2. The serial number must be intact, without any signs of tampering or alteration.

3. Use the product in the correct temperature, humidity, and power supply environment as permitted by the machine.

4. Use the product according to the accompanying documentation and the user manual provided by the technical expert.

5. We do not provide warranty service in the following cases:

Customers who have disassembled or repaired the equipment themselves.

Accessories or tools that wear out over time: electrodes, grinding wheels, lathe tools, printer ink, rust, faded characters or numbers, dead batteries, etc.

Glass components are not covered under warranty.

Cases of fire or explosion due to incorrect power supply, incorrect battery connection, unreliable power supply, dropping or strong impact of the device.

RETURN POLICY

Our return and exchange policy aims to ensure maximum benefits for customers when purchasing equipment and machinery from HUST Vietnam Technical Equipment Joint Stock Company.

The company will exchange or accept returns for customers in the following cases:
- Goods that do not match the type or model ordered by the customer.

- Products with manufacturing defects.

1. Conditions for accepting returns and exchanges:

Step 2: HUST Vietnam's customer service department will receive the complaint and respond to the customer within 24 hours. Depending on the nature and severity of the complaint, the company will take specific measures to resolve the dispute within no more than 10 working days.

Step 3: In cases beyond the company's capabilities and authority, the Management Board will request that the case be referred to the competent State agency for resolution according to the law.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

- HUST VIETNAM applies a NATIONWIDE SHIPPING policy for all orders, committing to the fastest delivery time, ensuring the most convenient and efficient service for our valued customers;
